Melissa loves calling North Carolina "home." She graduated from NC State and UNC Chapel Hill with education degrees, and taught middle school prior to settling down in Asheville. Melissa has run one full and eight half marathons, but she especially enjoys relays like the Palmetto 200. She loves running the MST or in Bent Creek, playing board games, and competing at trivia.
